You can mark homes as "favorites" which allows us to see the types of homes you're interested in. After you've identified homes to see, we schedule appointments for showings.
Once we find your dream home, it's time to make an offer. Our expertise here is essential. Our goal is to negotiate the best possible terms for you including price, binder deposit amount, closing date, inclusions, closing costs, and other terms.
After your offer is accepted, we conduct a home inspection to ensure the home is in satisfactory condition. We'll provide a list of trusted home inspectors and be present for the entire inspection. We'll review the inspection report with you and draft a repair request if needed.
