A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Nancy's education and previous professional career are rooted in sales, and she has leveraged this experience to create a sales record of over 500 homes sold in Jacksonville and across Northeast Florida.

When she is not buying or selling homes with clients, Nancy enjoys spending time with her three nephews – John Rollins, Jacob, and Hogan – as well as exercising and fishing.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Rob served for nine years on active duty and three years in the reserves as a Naval officer. He also received a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from University of California San Diego's Rady School of Management.
Rob uses his background in business to help clients navigate a financially sound real estate transaction. His ability to analyze data, numbers, and engage in creative negotiation ensures that his clients are well-represented, educated, and protected. Now a Navy veteran, Rob especially enjoys helping military homebuyers and sellers in Jacksonville as he continues to serve those he once served alongside.
When not helping his clients navigate the Jacksonville housing market, Rob enjoys investing in financial markets, working on old Corvettes, and spending time with Nancy. He also loves to play music, both the guitar and piano.
